Green Coast presents a light amber hue with a distinctive natural haze from suspended yeast, lending the beer a cloudy, inviting clarity. The head forms with moderate density and displays good retention, clinging to the glass in fine, persistent lacework. Carbonation is present but restrained, appropriate to the Kellerbier style.

The nose leads with soft, bready malt character reminiscent of light bread crust and grain sweetness, with a delicate honeyed undertone. Hop aromatics remain subdued and refined, offering herbal and floral notes that complement rather than dominate the profile. A gentle yeasty backdrop from the natural fermentation adds subtle complexity without assertiveness.

The palate opens with a soft, grain-forward sweetness that emphasizes Malz character over hop bitterness. The eighteen IBUs provide a gentle, integrated bitterness that never becomes sharp or intrusive, allowing the malt to remain the focal point. Body is light yet present, with the yeast contributing a whisper of complexity that keeps the profile clean and approachable.

The finish closes soft and crisp, with bitterness fading cleanly without lingering harshness. A faint grainy dryness and honeyed note persist briefly before the beer concludes with refreshing, uncluttered simplicity.
