The beer pours with a generous, pillowy white head that settles into a fine collar, holding good lacing against the glass. Fine carbonation sits suspended throughout the body, creating a soft, cloudy suspension rather than sharp clarity.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright passionfruit and fresh apricot, followed by secondary stone fruit notes that build in the glass. Galaxy and Ella hops deliver a clean tropical sweetness without herbaceous sharpness, while the malt recedes into a subtle backdrop. No yeast-derived or fermentation notes intrude; the fruit aromatics dominate cleanly from first approach to final sniff.

Entry is soft and juicy, with peach and apricot flavours settling across the mid-palate alongside a gentle stone fruit undertone. Malt presence remains light and understated, allowing the fruity esters to lead throughout. Bitterness is restrained and well-integrated, never dominating, leaving the palate smooth and rounded rather than dry or sharp.
