Immediately prominent are ripe dark stone fruits — plum and prune — interwoven with cocoa and roasted grain notes. Banana esters typical of wheat beers emerge alongside honey and dried fruit complexity. The alcohol warmth is evident but well-integrated, supporting rather than dominating the aromatic profile.

The palate enters with chocolate and malt sweetness balanced by restrained bitterness (35 IBU) that prevents cloying.
