The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—lime zest and grapefruit pith—layered beneath tropical stone fruit and pineapple. A floral undertone emerges with time, suggesting noble hop character beneath the fruit-forward presentation.

The palate opens with assertive bitterness balanced by a clean, slightly sweet malt backbone that never overwhelms. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors build through the mid-palate, delivering the full hop expression promised on the nose without harshness or astringency.
