Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A dense, white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine Schaumhaftung, leaving delicate lacing on the walls. Carbonation is brisk and consistent, creating a lively visual presence throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

Delicate and restrained on the nose, with soft noble hop character providing a subtle herbal and floral undertone. Clean malt backbone emerges with light grain sweetness and a faint biscuit note. No yeast-derived esters or phenolics; the aroma remains crisp and straightforward, inviting rather than assertive.

◐ Geschmack

Light and refreshing on entry, with a malty sweetness that carries through the mid-palate without heaviness. The noble hop bitterness (18 IBU) remains restrained and balanced, never dominating. Smooth mouthfeel and clean finish on the palate, with no rough edges or astringency.

Short to medium finish with lingering malt sweetness and a whisper of hop dryness. The aftertaste is clean and unobtrusive, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
