Hazy-Faced Assassin

◎ Aussehen

Pale golden with a soft haze that catches light without obscuring the body. The head builds quickly with fine, persistent bubbles, leaving delicate lacing on the glass. Carbonation is lively but restrained, maintaining clarity of the haze throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

Tropical stone fruit dominates from the first approach—ripe mango and peach leap forward with juicy intensity. The Citra and Galaxy hops deliver supporting notes of citrus zest and subtle floral undertones, while the soft Malz base sits quietly beneath, allowing the hop character to shine without assertiveness.

◐ Geschmack

Soft and approachable on entry, with immediate tropical fruit sweetness that evolves into a balanced interplay of peach and juicy stone fruit across the mid-palate. The bitterness remains measured at 50 IBU—present enough to frame the fruit without turning sharp or astringent. Creamy mouthfeel rounds the structure, making each sip effortless.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and mouth-watering, with the tropical fruit character fading gracefully into a dry, refreshing aftertaste. No harsh edges or sticky residue—just an inviting dryness that reaches for the next sip.
