Pours a bright golden yellow with excellent clarity achieved through natural sedimentation rather than filtration. The head forms with moderate density and exhibits stable lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation creates a soft, persistent foam collar that gradually recedes, leaving thin traces of foam retention.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with clean, grainy malt character reminiscent of bread dough and fresh wheat. Beneath the malt foundation lie restrained but distinctly herbal and spicy hop notes, contributing a gentle lift without aggression. A soft, yeasty undertone rounds the aromatics, adding subtle complexity without cloudiness or oxidation.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry, with light grain sweetness from the malt bill immediately offset by a noticeable bitterness that belies the beer's pale lager classification. The mid-palate carries a delicate wheat character and continued herbal-spicy hop definition. Bitterness lingers in the middle register without harshness, providing drying structure characteristic of the Pilsner-mash approach.

The finish is dry and relatively long, with the herbal hop bitterness persisting into the aftertaste. A subtle yeasty roundness prevents the conclusion from becoming austere, leaving the palate cleansed but satisfied.
