Pale golden with pronounced haze from oat adjuncts and yeast suspension, characteristic of the New England IPA style. Fine carbonation creates a dense, creamy head with good retention and defined lacing along the glass. The suspended particles create a soft, opaque quality that invites a cloudy, inviting pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with tropical stone fruit and coconut from Dolcita, layered with berry and floral notes from Audacia. A restrained herbal and citrus foundation emerges from Czech Eris, integrated during the warm whirlpool phase. The overall impression is fruit-forward and garden-fresh, with underlying malt sweetness from the grain bill grounding the composition.

Entry is smooth and juicy, leading with tropical and citrus flavors that echo the aromatic profile. Mid-palate develops berry complexity and a subtle herbal spice from Eris, while oat and wheat malts contribute a soft, wheaten character without astringency. Bitterness is restrained at 12 IBU, allowing fruit and floral notes to dominate throughout, finishing dry without sharp edges.
