The carbonation is assertive and visibly active, creating a continuous stream of bubbles that speaks to the cask conditioning. Light catches the beer cleanly, revealing its bright, crystalline character.

The nose is restrained and clean, offering subtle fruity esters that suggest stone fruit and green apple. A light herbal hoppy note emerges beneath, with no aggressive alpha character. The malt backbone is soft and understated, allowing the fresh, crisp impression to dominate without any harsh or oxidative edges.

Entry is light and dry, with a crisp, quenching sensation across the palate. Mid-palate reveals a gentle fruity sweetness balanced by restrained bitterness that sits around 40 IBU, never overwhelming the session-friendly character. The finish is clean and mineral-driven, with a modest malty structure that fades gracefully without lingering sweetness.
