Pale straw-yellow with excellent clarity and bright, clean transparency. A thin white head forms quickly and recedes just as fast, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Carbonation is brisk and active, visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose is delicate and restrained, as befits the style. Light grain sweetness and a faint cornmeal note emerge first, followed by the faintest suggestion of mineral minerality—clean and dry rather than aromatic. Noble hops provide only a whisper of herbal earthiness; adjuncts dominate the profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is crisp and clean, with a light, almost watery body that carries a mild sweetness from corn and malt sugars. Bitterness is nearly absent (8 IBU), allowing the mineral dryness and faint bready note to shine through. The mouthfeel is dry and refreshing, without any lingering heaviness or cloying sweetness.

The finish is short and clean, evaporating quickly from the palate with no astringency or aftertaste. A faint mineral residue and trace of grain sweetness linger briefly before disappearing entirely.
