The nose leads with distinctive earthy and spicy notes from the Latvian rye and juniper, evoking forest floor and dried herbs of the Baltic countryside. Beneath lies a clean, bready maltiness with subtle mineral undertones, without aggressive funk or wild yeast character. The aromatic profile is precise and integrated, more herbaceous than fermentation-driven.

The palate opens with a crisp, assertive spice from the rye and juniper that frames the entire experience, accompanied by a dry, slightly grainy maltiness. Mid-palate reveals herbal complexity and a subtle minerality that speaks to terroir, while low bitterness (25 IBU) remains restrained and supportive. The finish is clean and refreshing, with the grain and spice lingering without heaviness.
