The nose is immediately dominated by assertive hop aromatics, with Citra and Mosaic delivering pronounced tropical fruit and citrus notes—think bright grapefruit, tangerine, and stone fruit. Centennial adds a subtle herbal and slightly piney backdrop, while clean malt provides a neutral foundation that allows the hops to shine without distraction.

The palate opens with a crisp, hop-driven entry that immediately establishes bitterness and citrus intensity. Mid-palate maintains the tropical fruit character with a dry, resinous quality that prevents sweetness from accumulating.
