Hayabusa presents a brilliant pale straw gold, luminous and inviting in the glass. A fine white head rises cleanly and settles to a delicate ring of lacing that clings to the walls with gentle persistence. The beer is crystal clear, with lively carbonation evident in a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose is clean and understated, opening with soft rice grain and gentle floral hop notes that suggest restraint and balance. A whisper of crisp cereal grain rounds out the profile, with no harsh edges or obtrusive adjunct character. The overall impression is one of elegant simplicity, inviting rather than demanding attention.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is light-bodied and exceptionally smooth, with a subtle sweetness on entry that suggests well-kilned pilsner-style malz. A gentle bitterness emerges in the mid-palate—restrained and mineral-driven—recalling the Pacific lager tradition without assertiveness. The beer maintains excellent attenuation, never cloying, with a mineral dryness that builds toward the finish.
