◎ Aussehen

A pale yellow lager with a subtle haze that speaks to the fresh-hop character. The head is creamy and persistent, clinging to the glass with fine, delicate lacing. Bright and inviting, with gentle carbonation visible throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with layered floral and herbal notes from three distinct Hallertau varieties. Hersbrucker and Tradition contribute classic noble-hop spice and earthiness, while Blanc adds a striking white-wine character—almost grapey—that lifts the profile beyond typical lager convention. A faint mintiness rounds out the composition without overwhelming the delicate balance.

◐ Geschmack

A grainy, Pils-like malt foundation provides solid structure on entry, offering a clean, understated sweetness. The three fresh-hop varieties weave through the mid-palate with restrained bitterness—moderate and refined rather than aggressive. The palate remains crisp and refreshing, with the herbal and white-wine elements echoing from the aroma without dominating the malt character.

A clean, dry finish with lingering herbal and floral whispers. The aftertaste is brief and refreshing, leaving no harsh edges or excessive residue.
