◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a full-bodied entry, where the rye grain provides a dry, slightly grainy foundation that supports the bold malty character. Mid-palate reveals balanced bitterness from the hop blend, with earthy and citrus notes complementing the pepper and spice profile. The finish carries residual pine and resin without excessive harshness, while the rye's drying effect maintains structure throughout.
