Deep mahogany to dark brown, clear with excellent translucency when held to light. A dense, tan head settles to a fine ring with strong adhesion to the glass. Carbonation appears gentle and integrated, befitting the sessionable character.

◌ Aroma

Chocolate and caramel lead the nose, joined by a light roast character that recalls toasted bread crust and a whisper of cocoa powder. Beneath runs a subtle earthiness from restrained hop work—herbaceous rather than aromatic, grounding the sweeter malt notes without intruding.

◐ Geschmack

Smooth and malty on entry, with chocolate and caramel sweetness well integrated into the body. Mid-palate reveals toasty depth and a subtle roasted grain character. Bitterness is restrained at 24 IBU—present enough to frame the malt, but never harsh, allowing the richness and smoothness to dominate the finish.

◑ Abgang

Clean and dry, with malt lingering pleasantly in the aftertaste. The sessionable ABV and balanced bitterness ensure no heaviness, leaving a moreish quality that invites another sip.
