Cloud Dweller presents a hazy, pale golden body with a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass. The opacity comes from suspended yeast and proteins rather than any haziness in the liquid itself, creating that characteristic soft turbidity of the style. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting stable lacing as the glass empties.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered over stone fruit and tropical notes of peach and mango. Beneath the fruit sits a soft, slightly grainy Malz character from the oats and Pilsner base, while the house yeast adds a delicate fruitiness without phenolic sharpness. The Sabro, BRU-1 and Talus hops work in concert, creating an aromatic impression that is inviting rather than aggressive.

Entry is smooth and approachable, with medium body that expands slightly as it warms. Citrus and stone fruit flavors echo the aroma, while the Malz backbone provides subtle sweetness and body without cloying. Bitterness arrives at mid-palate as a medium intensity hop bite—clean and well-defined at 50 IBU—balancing the fruit and malt without overpowering the overall softness.
