Únětické Pivo 12° hits you with that distinctive Czech mineral bite right away—the kind that comes from Bohemian water and old-school brewing. There's a lean, almost austere quality to it; the pilsner character feels less polished and more honest, like someone's great-grandfather knew exactly what he was doing. Noble hops are there but restrained, letting grain and minerality do the talking. Finishes crisp enough to make you want another sip immediately.
Primátor Premium
