The nose is dominated by the signature spicy, herbal notes of Bohemian Saaz hops, complemented by subtle floral and citrus undertones. A clean grainy maltiness provides a traditional Czech pilsner backbone without any phenolic or fruity yeast character. The aromatic profile is assertive yet balanced, showcasing the quality of both hop and malt components.

The palate opens with a crisp, clean malt entry featuring bread-like grain character before transitioning to a firm, distinctive Saaz bitterness that builds through the mid-palate. The hoppy character is assertive for the style, delivering herbal and spicy notes that interplay with a lean, dry malt structure. Bitterness is present but refined, never harsh or astringent.
