Genesee Cream Ale

Genesee Cream Ale has a softer entry than you'd expect—there's a subtle corn sweetness that rounds out the malt profile and keeps things feeling smooth and almost creamy (hence the name, I guess). The 22 IBUs aren't aggressive, but they're noticeable enough to give the beer a little definition rather than letting it coast on sweetness alone. It's got a thicker mouthfeel than El Repaso, more body, like someone added a little velvet to the standard lager formula.
