◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A modest white head forms and recedes quickly, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Carbonation is visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose is restrained and clean, offering subtle malt sweetness with soft cereal and bread grain notes. A hint of mineral water and delicate noble hop character provide gentle background structure without asserting themselves. No yeast esters or adjuncts dominate.

◐ Taste

Entry is dry and lightweight, with mild malt sweetness that builds briefly through the mid-palate. Bitterness is very low, allowing the clean malt body and subtle bread character to remain central. The palate stays smooth and uncluttered, finishing with only trace mineral notes.

◑ Finish

Short to medium finish with a lingering dryness and faint cereal aftertaste. No astringency or metallic edge.
