Cutaway IPA

Cutaway opens with pine and resin but there's something toastier underneath—maybe caramel malt, maybe just how the brewers balanced their grain bill. The 60 IBU sits fuller in your mouth than Ambar's, coating your palate rather than slicing through it. There's actual chew here, a bit more substance, which makes the beer feel more substantial despite being only 0.3% higher ABV.
