Žatecký pivovar Goose

Tap to rate

A top-fermented Gose with a large share of wheat, coriander and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Orange peel adds fruity tones and only a mild bitterness, and mint is in the recipe too. Barley and wheat malt and the hops Žatecký poloraný červeňák, Premiant, Sládek, Vital, Rubín and Kazbek complete it. The Žatec brewery brewed this unfiltered, full-bodied speciál for the feast of St Martin.
