Kiliani Festbier

Tap to rate

Amber and malt-forward, the Kiliani Festbier is brewed specially every year for Würzburg's Kiliani Volksfest. Its base is the brewery's own well water, local barley malt and Hallertau aroma hops. After seven days of fermentation at 8 °C and six weeks of lagering at 1 °C in the brewery's beer cellars, it is filtered. Full-bodied, with 13.3 % original gravity and 5.9 % ABV.
