Kaleidoscope Alcohol-Free

United Kingdom·Alcohol-Free Pale Ale
Tap to rate

Bright citrus and vibrant fruit meet a gentle, clean bitterness, just like in the brewery's flagship Pale Ale, only without the alcohol. The trick is the order: a full-strength beer is brewed first, with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic and barley, wheat and oat malts, then slowly stripped of its alcohol down to 0.5%, so that as much flavour and aroma as possible stays in the glass.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and full-bodied for an alcohol-free beer, with immediate citrus fruit character that spreads across the palate. The gentle bitterness—40 IBU—arrives mid-palate as a fine, peppery snap rather than harsh grip, balancing the fruit without overwhelming it. The wheat and oat malts provide a soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel that sustains the drinking experience.
