The nose leads with distinctive wheat bread and grain notes, followed by prominent tropical fruit esters typical of wheat ale yeast. Subtle clove and banana notes emerge, accompanied by a light citrus zest that suggests Vietnamese influence, creating an inviting and complex aromatic profile.

The palate opens with creamy wheat character and subtle grainy sweetness, evolving into tropical and fruity notes that define its signature Mekong-inspired profile.
