A pale golden body with exceptional clarity and bright luminosity that catches the light with ease. The head forms dense and white, clinging to the glass rim with fine lacing that tracks the descent of each sip. Carbonation is lively throughout, maintained by a steady stream of small bubbles that energize the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced floral and citrus notes—grapefruit pith and candied orange zest dominate the first impression, joined by a subtle spiced warmth that adds complexity without weight. Noble hops deliver a crisp, herbal backbone that frames the fruit, while the Malz contributes only a whisper of grain sweetness, allowing the aromatic character to lead.

The palate enters clean and sharp, with orange zest clarity that builds across the tongue into a sustained hoppy presence. Mid-palate remains lean and focused; the bitterness (38 IBU) arrives measured and brisk rather than aggressive, drying the mouth without harshness. The finish is crisp and dry, with carbonation carrying the citrus bite through to a clean, herb-tinged aftertaste.
