Pale golden hue with bright clarity and excellent transparency. A fine, white head forms quickly and holds with gentle Schaumkleiden down the glass walls. The carbonation is moderate and even, creating a soft, delicate mousse characteristic of its brewing tradition.

◌ Aroma

Clean and inviting nose dominated by soft, grainy Malz notes with subtle cereal sweetness from the rice adjunct. Noble hops emerge as faint, papery whispers in the background. No yeast phenolics or fruity esters—the profile remains restrained and approachable.

◐ Taste

Crisp, clean entry with light malt sweetness and a subtle bready character that recalls the grain bill's simplicity. The palate remains smooth and refreshing, with minimal bitterness (20 IBU) and no harsh edges. The rice adjunct provides a gentle, drying quality that enhances drinkability without obscuring the malt foundation.
