◎ Appearance

Pale golden color with excellent clarity and bright, white foam that clings persistently to the glass walls. Carbonation is lively and visible, creating a fine bead that sustains throughout the pour. The head settles to a thin collar with good adhesion to the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft malt and a subtle honey sweetness, backed by a clean, grainy character typical of the strong lager style. Light hop notes provide definition without aggression, and the alcohol warmth is present but restrained. No yeast funk or off-notes; the aromatic profile remains crisp and approachable.

◐ Taste

The palate entry is crisp and clean, with a bready, malt-driven core that carries the 7% alcohol smoothly without heat. Mid-palate develops subtle caramel sweetness and soft honey character, while moderate hop bitterness (25 IBU) prevents cloying and maintains refreshment. The beer drinks full-bodied yet never heavy, with good structural balance between sweetness and dryness.

The finish is medium in length, drying steadily toward a clean, slightly warm aftertaste. Malty warmth lingers on the palate without stickiness, allowing the crisp character to reassert itself.
