◎ Appearance

Pale gold with bright clarity and excellent transparency, characteristic of a well-conditioned Czech lager. The head is stable and persistent, with fine bubbles that form a consistent collar around the glass. Carbonation is lively and visible, creating an inviting, clean visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

Saaz hops deliver their signature herbal and slightly spicy character, with gentle floral undertones that emerge as the beer warms. The malt provides a soft, clean backbone without dominating—just enough sweetness to balance the hop presence. No yeast esters or adjuncts intrude; the nose is composed and restrained, true to Bohemian tradition.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and clean, with moderate bitterness that arrives early and integrates smoothly rather than lingering aggressively. Mid-palate shows a light malt sweetness that prevents any harshness, while the Saaz hop character contributes a dry, slightly noble-hop bite. At 5% ABV, the beer feels balanced and sessionable without sacrificing character.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the hop bitterness fading gracefully into a light, refreshing aftertaste. No astringency or off-flavors linger; the beer leaves the palate ready for another sip.
