◌ Aroma

The nose announces itself with clean, precise citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered beneath tropical fruit esters of mango and pineapple. A subtle floral undertone from the American hop selection rounds out the composition, with no rough edges or oxidative strain.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and direct, with the malt providing a light, clean foundation that immediately recedes for the hops to take center stage. Mid-palate develops waves of citrus and stone fruit across a firm, well-defined bitterness that builds steadily without harshness. The finish dries progressively, leaving the bitter backbone clearly present but balanced.

Medium-length finish with the bitterness lingering pleasantly on the palate, gradually fading into a clean, refreshing aftertaste. No rough edges or astringency—just honest, well-crafted American IPA character.
