A pale amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head. The beer presents a light golden-brown tone typical of its 12 SRM specification, with stable foam that clings to the glass throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinct cocoa and chocolate character, accompanied by soft malt undertones and a delicate herbal edge from noble hops. The aromatic profile is restrained and refined, allowing the chocolate to dominate without becoming cloying or artificial.

◐ Taste

Entry brings a full, malty sweetness with pronounced chocolate notes that transition smoothly across the mid-palate. A gentle bitterness (28 IBU) provides balance and definition, while caramel undertones add depth. The texture is smooth and rounded, with chocolate flavour lingering through to the swallow.

◑ Finish

The finish is medium in length with a lingering cocoa note and subtle caramel warmth. The aftertaste remains clean and slightly dry, without astringency.
