◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, white head that clings to the glass with crisp retention. Bright carbonation rises steadily in the body, catching light throughout the pour. The lacing persists in delicate threads down the side of the glass.

◌ Aroma

Assertive citrus and pine hop character dominates, driven by added grapefruit juice that pushes forward as the beer opens. Beneath the aggressive hoppy layer lies a light, clean Malz foundation with subtle grain notes. The bitterness extends into the nose as a dry, pithy quality that frames the entire aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

Entry strikes immediately with peppery hop bitterness and grapefruit astringency that coats the palate. The mid-palate develops orange zest and piney resin notes, while the added grapefruit juice reinforces the tart, dry character without sweetness. The 95 IBU load asserts itself throughout, leaving little room for malt complexity—a beer that prioritizes hop expression over balance.

◑ Finish

Lingering bitterness and citrus grip persist into a dry, extended aftertaste. Minimal sweetness and a slight warmth from the 7.25% ABV fade slowly, leaving the drinker with pith and pine.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
