◎ Appearance

Pours a bright golden yellow with excellent clarity and fine carbonation. The head forms in moderate density and settles to a thin, persistent collar with good lacing retention along the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, sweet malt notes characteristic of the high original gravity. A light, warming alcoholic impression emerges beneath, complemented by subtle herbal undertones from restrained noble hop usage.

◐ Taste

Full-bodied and malty on entry, with pronounced sweetness that carries through the mid-palate. Faint fruit esters add complexity without overwhelming the grain-forward character. A light sharpness from alcohol appears in the finish, with restrained bitterness (25 IBU) providing minimal counterpoint to the malt backbone.

◑ Finish

Medium-length finish with a lingering sweetness and gentle warming from the 7.5% ABV. The aftertaste remains clean and malt-focused, without astringency.
