Mother Ale

Mother Ale presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a delicate lacing that clings to the glass as you drink. The body reads light yet composed, with a luminous quality characteristic of well-crafted blonde ales.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft, inviting floral notes from noble hops, layered with wheat and pilsner malt contributing gentle breadiness and a touch of honey. There is no aggressive hop character—instead, a refined, almost European restraint that allows the malt's subtle sweetness and clean fermentation character to breathe. The overall impression is harmonious and approachable.

◐ Taste

The palate opens smooth and slightly sweet, with wheat malt delivering a soft, pillowy foundation and pilsner malt adding a whisper of grain character. The 46 IBU bittering is well-mannered, arriving in the mid-palate without harshness and carrying through with a gentle, citrus-tinged dryness. The body is full enough to support the bitterness, creating a satisfying balance that never tips toward either extreme.

The finish is clean and moderately long, fading gracefully with lingering honey notes and a whisper of noble hop spice. No astringency or metallic notes—just a refreshing, gently dry aftertaste that invites the next sip.
