Loncium IPA presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is evident and well-integrated, creating a lively visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes — grapefruit zest, lime, and subtle mango leap from the glass. A mineral undertone from the Alpine water adds freshness and definition, while herbal and floral Edelhopfen character provides balance without earthiness.

Entry is clean and crisp, with bright hop bitterness arriving early and building through the mid-palate. Citrus and orange flavors dominate the palate, supported by a lean malt base that stays light and unobtrusive. The distinctive mineral character from Alpine water emerges mid-sip, cutting through the bitterness and extending the dry sensation.

The finish is dry, clean, and refreshingly mineral-driven, with lingering citrus notes fading into a subtle herbal aftertaste. The 60 IBU bitterness resolves gracefully without harshness, leaving the palate clean and ready for another sip.
