◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and lively carbonation. The head forms dense and white, settling to a thin collar with persistent lacing down the glass. Light catches the beer cleanly, revealing its crisp, well-defined character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with citrus—lime and grapefruit zest—layered beneath tropical stone fruit and subtle green mango notes. Clean fermentation character allows the Edelhopfen to speak without obstruction. No harsh alcohol, no phenolic notes; the aromatic profile remains fresh and inviting from first nosing to the last.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and direct, with citric and resinous hop character landing immediately on the palate. Medium body carries the bitterness through without heaviness; the malt foundation stays subtle, allowing the hops to remain the clear focus. Bitterness builds gradually and finishes dry, never harsh or lingering unnecessarily.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and dry, with bitter notes retreating cleanly over 30–40 seconds. No residual sweetness; no astringency. A straightforward, refreshing close that invites the next sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
