◎ Appearance

Medium amber to copper hue with excellent clarity and a persistent ivory head. The beer shows good carbonation with fine bubbles rising steadily through the glass. Head retention is solid, leaving delicate lacing on the glass walls as you drink.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus and floral hop aromatics dominate the nose, with hints of grapefruit zest and white flowers. Underneath lies a warm caramel malt sweetness with subtle toffee and toasted grain notes. The interplay between noble hop character and caramel malt creates an inviting, balanced impression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with caramel and toffee sweetness, quickly joined by citrus and floral hop bitterness that builds steadily through the mid-palate. The beer maintains a dry character despite the malt backbone, with crisp hop bite balancing the malt-forward entry. Moderate bitterness asserts itself without overwhelming the underlying sweetness.

◑ Finish

Dry and moderately bitter finish with hop character persisting into the aftertaste. The drying sensation is clean and refreshing, leaving a subtle citrus and herbal impression on the palate.
