◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a bright, white head that forms readily and clings to the glass in fine lacing. The carbonation is visible and lively, creating a gentle effervescence that sustains throughout the pour. The light color (4 SRM) is characteristic of a classic lager base, unobstructed and inviting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with subtle coconut notes that sit delicately atop a clean, neutral Malz foundation. Light fruity esters from fermentation mingle with the coconut character, while noble hop varieties contribute a restrained herbal quality in the background. The overall impression is gentle and approachable, without aggressive adjunct character—the coconut reads as a supporting voice rather than a dominant theme.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and lightly sweet, with the coconut character expressed on the mid-palate as a creamy, confectionery note that complements the soft Malz backbone. Bitterness is minimal (22 IBU), allowing the sweet streak to remain front and center without cloying. The body is light and crisp, finishing dry enough to avoid heaviness despite the dessert-like flavor profile.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively short, with the coconut sweetness fading to a gentle, slightly dry aftertaste. A faint herbal note from the Edelhopfen emerges as the palate clears, leaving a refreshing impression suitable for easy drinking.
