◐ Taste

Entry is clean and refreshing, with citrus flavors mirroring the aroma while light, biscuity malt provides gentle sweetness and body. The mid-palate balances hop bitterness (35 IBU) and residual malt elegantly, neither overwhelming the other, before a crisp, dry finish that leaves no cloying residue.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately short, with citrus notes fading gracefully into a dry, slightly herbal aftertaste. No astringency or harsh phenolics linger; the beer returns to neutral dryness within seconds.

Serve at 7–10°C

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.

Pint glass

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.

Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
