◎ Appearance

Deep golden hue with bright clarity and excellent translucence. A dense white head forms readily and maintains good schaumhaftung down the glass. Fine carbonation is visible as a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the liquid.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced grainy and bready notes, characteristic of pale malt-forward construction. A subtle spicy-herbal edge emerges from the German Perle hops, adding dimension without dominating. Light cereal sweetness rounds out the bouquet without any pronounced yeast character.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and clean, with caramel malt sweetness providing immediate body. Mid-palate develops a drying bitterness that counterbalances the residual sweetness, while Perle hops contribute a gentle grassiness. The malt backbone remains prominent throughout, lending structure between light and medium body.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably dry with a faint sulphur note that lingers subtly. Aftertaste remains clean and refreshing with gentle hop bitterness slowly fading.
