Deep amber to light brown, with excellent clarity and a resilient cream-colored head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, creating a composed and inviting presence in the bowl.

◌ Aroma

A complex bouquet dominated by caramel-forward Malz character with pronounced notes of dried stone fruit and subtle dark cherry undertones. The warming alcohol is evident but restrained, complemented by faint toasty and bread-crust notes that ground the composition without overwhelming it.

◐ Taste

Full-bodied and malty on entry, with rich caramel sweetness that carries through the mid-palate alongside dark fruit and subtle nutty complexity. Moderate bitterness (35 IBU) provides structure and balance without asserting dominance; the finish reveals faint bready undertones and a smooth, warming alcohol signature.

Long, warming finish with persistent caramel and dark fruit notes that fade gradually into a subtle nutty dryness. The alcohol warmth lingers pleasantly without harshness, leaving a malty and composed aftertaste.
