Kozel Řezaný

Tap to rate

The soft, bitter taste of the light Kozel meets the caramel tones of the dark one: Kozel Řezaný is a “řezaný” (cut) lager, and its brewers worked long to find the ideal ratio between Kozel 11 and Kozel Černý. Pilsner, Bavarian, caramel and colour malt go into it, hopped with Premiant and Marynka and bottom-fermented in Velké Popovice. The brewery's English name for it is Black & Tan 11°.
