◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and lively carbonation. A dense, white head forms quickly and clings to the glass walls with fine lacing. The beer presents a clean, luminous profile typical of well-executed American IPAs.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive citrus notes—bright grapefruit and orange peel—layered beneath piney, herbaceous hop character. Supporting this is a subtle malt sweetness that grounds the composition without compromising the bold hop presence. The overall impression is fresh and inviting.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with crisp citrus and pine, moving into a solid malt framework that provides gentle sweetness and body. Bitterness builds through the mid-palate with a clean, defined edge—neither harsh nor subdued. The finish maintains focus and dryness throughout.

◑ Finish

The aftertaste is dry and moderately long, with lingering pine and grapefruit notes fading gradually. Residual bitterness remains pleasant and well-integrated, leaving no harsh edges.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
