Jungle Juice IPA

◎ Appearance

A bright golden-yellow hue with notable haze from suspended yeast and proteins, characteristic of an unfiltered, unpasteurised brew. The head forms with vigor and holds with persistent lacing around the glass. Fine carbonation creates an active, inviting visual texture throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive tropical fruit — pineapple, mango, and passionfruit — alongside bright citrus notes of grapefruit zest and lemon. A subtle herbaceous quality from noble hops underpins the fruit, while fresh yeast character adds a clean, slightly grainy undertone that prevents the aroma from becoming one-dimensional.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with tropical and citrus flavours moving directly into the mid-palate. Moderate bitterness from the 60 IBUs sits cleanly without harshness, balancing the fruit character rather than dominating it. The body remains light and dry, emphasising hop expression over malt sweetness, with a clean finish that invites the next sip.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and moderately short, with citrus and herbal notes fading into a subtle yeast character. No lingering sweetness — the aftertaste remains clean and refreshing.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
