Bright golden hue with excellent clarity and lively carbonation. The head forms a dense, white foam that clings persistently to the glass, leaving distinct lacework as the beer is consumed. The overall presentation is clean and inviting, characteristic of a well-crafted West Coast IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus and pine character that dominates the aromatic profile. Fresh herbal notes emerge beneath, along with subtle orange zest complexity. The background reveals a restrained grain sweetness that frames without overshadowing the hop expression.

◐ Taste

The palate enters with crisp bitterness balanced by clean malt foundation. Citrus and pine flavors develop through the mid-palate with good definition, while a subtle bready note provides framework without heaviness. The bitterness remains moderate and integrated, allowing the hop character to remain approachable rather than aggressive.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and dry with lingering hoppy complexity that fades gradually. A pleasant bitter edge persists without becoming harsh, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
