The nose leads with pronounced fresh ginger—sharp, vegetal, and clean—followed by citrus notes that suggest lime zest and subtle tropical fruit. A whisper of red chilli adds complexity without overwhelming, while the pale Malz base remains understated in the background. The overall impression is vibrant and aromatic, speaking to the generous use of fresh spice and fruit adjuncts.

Entry is crisp and spicy, with ginger warmth building immediately across the palate. Mid-palate remains bright, layering lime citrus and a subtle chilli prickle that creates gentle heat without harsh burn.
