◎ Appearance

Pale gold in color with excellent clarity and a bright, inviting appearance. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is lively, evident in the steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent citrus notes—particularly orange peel and Sicilian lemon—layered over tropical fruit character. American hop varieties provide a clean, grassy background that frames the Mediterranean citrus without overwhelming it. A subtle mineral undertone suggests the terroir of the brewing ingredients.

◐ Taste

The palate arrives clean and crisp, with immediate citrus fruit flavors that echo the nose. Mid-palate reveals a balanced biterness—60 IBU delivered with restraint—that doesn't overwhelm the more delicate citrus and tropical elements. The 6% ABV keeps the body light and refreshing, allowing the hop character to shine without alcohol heat.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering bitter notes that fade gracefully into orange peel and a mineral dryness. The aftertaste cuts through richness, making this beer an ideal companion to bold, fatty foods.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
