Bad Flash Raspberry
Low bitterness, a pleasant acidity and a refreshing finish define this sour, the brewery's second, soured with Lactobacillus and fermented with top-fermenting yeast. 200 kg of fresh raspberries go into every 1,500 litres during maturation, on a base of Pilsner malt and Žatec hops, brewed to 12° Plato.
