◎ Appearance

Bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation evident throughout. A dense, persistent white head forms readily and clings to the glass with firm lacing as you drink down. The beer presents a vibrant, well-defined visual character typical of the American IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by assertive New Zealand hop character: prominent passionfruit and white grape notes intermingle with bright citrus zest and subtle pine resin undertones. A clean malt base provides gentle support without adding sweetness or richness. The overall impression is refreshing and varietal, showcasing the distinctive expression of Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Jade hops.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and immediately hoppy, with pronounced citrus and tropical fruit flavors taking center stage. The mid-palate builds a clean, resinous bitterness that integrates smoothly rather than harshly, while maintaining those signature stone fruit and white wine-like character notes. The 7.3% ABV remains well-hidden beneath the hop intensity, delivering a well-balanced, dry finish without excess alcohol warmth.

◑ Finish

The finish is crisp and moderately lingering, with residual hop bitterness and subtle passionfruit notes persisting on the palate. The beer fades cleanly without astringency or heavy aftertaste, leaving the mouth refreshed and ready for another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
